It couldn’t be easier to access an endless source of educational resources, on demand. With Book-Lender, you and your school can access the best books for your pupils at the click of a button, saving you money and freeing up time to dedicate to planning and assessment. Here’s how it works:

  • 1. Sign-up

Sign-up is simple. Just provide details of your school, how many classes and how we can contact you. Then, one of the Book-Lender team will be in touch to confirm sign-up.

  • 2. Pay one subscription fee

With Book-Lender, you only pay for the books you need. You simply make one upfront payment for your school’s subscription, which covers your books for all three terms of the academic year. Pricing is calculated based on the number of classes in your school. Use our pricing calculator to receive your no-obligation quote today.

  • 3. Nominate your Book-Lender reps

Once your payment is confirmed, you can nominate up to three members of staff who will be able to order books. They could be literacy coordinators, teachers, subject leaders, librarians or heads of key stage.

  • 4. Choose your topics

Using the online ordering portal, simply tell us which topics you plan to teach each class throughout the academic year. Our team of education library professionals will then pull together a topic box of each, containing the most up-to-date curriculum-linked books available, so you rest assured that your resources are always relevant.

  • 5. Receive your delivery

Before the start of each term, we’ll deliver your topic boxes directly to your school using Book-Lender’s free fulfilment service. Each class will receive their own topic boxes so you won’t have to spend any time counting books.

Your books will arrive ready to use, so you won’t have to spend any time covering them. No more stick-back cover film!

  • 6. Send your books back

Once term is complete and you’ve finished delivering your topic, simply pack the books back into their box and a Book-Lender representative will visit your school to collect them on a pre-agreed date. With the fully-managed free fulfilment service, sourcing the best books for your pupils has never been easier.
